We will provide regular marketing updates, accompany viewings where requested and, once a sale has been agreed, continue with sales process updates until legal completion has taken place.
Once a sale is agreed we will vet the potential purchaser, ensuring they are able to proceed and arrange the availability of the necessary funds to purchase. We will also check with the estate agent that any chain they may be involved in is a solid one before we instruct your chosen solicitor to start the proceedings.
